Upon examining the book, one will find that the seven "Key ideas" and the performance indicators outlined by the New York Education Department have been thoroughly addressed. The authors have made a concentrated effort to include a selection of topics from Course I and Course II that New York State prescribed as necessary in preparation for the new assessment examination.
Also included in the workbook is a WestSea Mathematics A Practice Regents Examination. A scoring key that includes rubrics for Parts II, III, and IV is included in a separate answer key that is available to teachers.
